This past season was the first time we engaged an external resource, Shawn
MacKenzie, to serve as the Hockey Development Professional (HDP) for B&DMHA.
Based on what we have seen and heard we consider this initiative to have
been quite successful. It was our first attempt, however, and we would like
to get your feedback. We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a
minute or two to answer the following questions for us.
1. What do you feel worked best with the HDP position?
